Champion Adventure Racer Endorses Numa
Hello JB,
I am back home in New Zealand. I used your glasses at the Abu Dhabi Challenge racing with Team Orion Health replacing their team captain Wayne Oxenham. I saw Team Crested Butte wearing your Numa glasses. They are a good bunch of athletes.
It was a 6 day race in the desert mind you we paddled for 2 days on the sea. The race got heaps of media coverage. So there must be some good pics of me wearing the glasses in action. Our team placed 4th….although we somehow got the ‘short end of the stick’: we worked very hard in the camel hiking section (I literally towed the camel) and would have won overall if the organizer hadn’t neutralized that day.
The glasses did a good job! Nothing broke!

Comfort and Clarity of Numas Much Appreciated
I purchased a pair of your Numa sunglasses at the Winter OR show (Outdoor Retailer Winter Market). I just wanted to let you know that I think they are great. I am a firefighter full time and work part time for Royal Robbins. I have been wearing your glasses at work, responding to vehicle accidents, trauma scenes, etc., and I have been pleased with their comfort and visual clarity. Thanks for the great glasses. I plan on getting at least one other pair and maybe a pair for my girlfriend.
